For Online Workshops, Courses, Coaching Sessions, and Digital Products

Introduction

By registering for and attending the online workshops, courses, coaching sessions, and purchasing digital products offered by Sarah Grattan, Yoga Health and Wellness®, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Ownership of Recordings & Materials

All Zoom recordings of workshops, courses, and coaching sessions remain the sole property of Sarah Grattan, Yoga Health and Wellness®. This includes, but is not limited to, recordings of live sessions, discussions, presentations, and associated resources.

Usage Rights & Intellectual Property

All materials are for personal use only. This includes written materials, digital downloads, video and audio content, courses, books, and supporting resources. Purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for individual use. Materials may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Sarah Grattan, Yoga Health and Wellness®.

Digital Products (General)

Access links are provided immediately upon purchase.

As access links may expire or change, we recommend downloading your digital products to your own device promptly after purchase.

Due to the nature of instant-access digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchase is completed.

Music & Mixcloud Bonus Content

Some offerings include a complimentary Mixcloud playlist. These playlists are free gifts, not for individual sale or download. Links are for personal listening only and may be altered or withdrawn at any time.

Free Gatherings & Recordings

From time to time, Yoga Health and Wellness® offers free community gatherings (such as Monday sessions). These sessions may be recorded for Sarah’s training and development purposes. Recordings will not be made available for replay or distribution to participants.

By attending, you agree that brief excerpts of Sarah’s teaching may be used for professional or promotional purposes. No personal or identifying contributions from participants will be shared without explicit consent.

Client Eligibility

All services, workshops, coaching, and digital products are offered exclusively to adults aged 18 and over.

At this time, 1:1 coaching, hypnotherapy, Reiki, and in-person services are offered exclusively to women (18+). This is both a personal and professional boundary.

Shamanic healing may be offered to male clients on a remote basis only, at the practitioner’s discretion.

Group workshops and courses remain open to all unless otherwise specified.

Participant Contributions & Appearance on Zoom

By joining live sessions, you agree that contributions (verbal comments, chat messages, or video appearance) may be recorded and visible to other participants.

Confidentiality

While confidentiality is valued, Yoga Health and Wellness® cannot guarantee privacy of information shared in group settings. Please exercise discretion when sharing personal information.

GDPR & Data Privacy

Personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR. By attending or purchasing, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. FEA Create acts as the data processor for Yoga Health and Wellness®.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payment: All services and products must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Workshops & Courses: Payment due at least one month before the event. Refunds only if your place can be filled. No refunds less than one month prior.

Coaching Packages: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Late arrivals end at the scheduled time.

Group Workshops: If you miss a live session, a recording may be provided for personal use only. Sharing is prohibited.

Instalments (Klarna, Clearpay): If you choose a third-party instalment plan, the agreement is strictly between you and the provider. Yoga Health and Wellness® is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for their terms or conditions.

Late Payments: Where instalments are missed, access may be suspended. Yoga Health and Wellness® reserves the right to charge interest and reasonable recovery costs in line with UK law.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary depending on personal circumstances, commitment, and participation. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Suitability Disclaimer

Sessions may involve physical or therapeutic practices. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are uncertain of suitability. Eyes-closed practices require you to be in a safe environment (not driving or operating machinery). Participation is at your own risk.

Scope of Practice

Yoga Health and Wellness® does not provide medical or psychiatric treatment. Services are not suitable for individuals under psychiatric care, in acute crisis, or with severe mental health conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, eating disorders, or suicidal ideation.

Technical Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary internet connection, device, and software to access services and products. Yoga Health and Wellness® is not responsible for technical difficulties on your side.

Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service

Yoga Health and Wellness® reserves the right to refuse service or remove a participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or breaches these Terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, technical issues, strikes, fire, or other unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga Health and Wellness® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Liability, if established, is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.

Modification of Terms

Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of participants to review the latest version.
