Welcome to website! One of my founding beliefs for my work is that health and well-being are our natural “human” state and the “being” part of us comes when the human has been nurtured and loved.
Having traversed the globe, from lush jungles to serene beaches, I've delved into multiple therapeutic modalities, allowing each experience to undergo a profound alchemy within me. As a result, I approach teaching and coaching from a deeply experiential standpoint rather than a textbook perspective.
Drawing upon my extensive travels and diverse studies, I'm passionate about guiding others on transformative journeys rooted in authentic, firsthand knowledge. My aim is to empower individuals to embrace holistic wellness and self-discovery, fostering lasting change from within.
My journey into holistic wellness began in 1992 at the age of 17 when I attended my first Yoga class. There, I was captivated by the fluidity of movement my body experienced and the moments of profound stillness that followed each posture.
And at the same time aware of the chaos of my breath, the tightness of muscles and the incessant chatter of my mind, and yet I discovered a deep inner stillness that resonated with my soul. This class ignited a spark within me, fuelling a passion to delve deeper into the practices of Yoga and holistic living.
Over the years, I've wandered through different countries and communities, each experience serving to soften the edges of the person I once was. It was a gradual shedding of societal conditioning, allowing the essence of my soul to be revealed, following my heart, while the conditioned layers of my human experience became untamed. This untaming revealed the core of my being, guiding me on a path of self-discovery and personal growth.
Today, with over two decades of experience in holistic wellness, I stand at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern practices, ready to guide others on their journey to vibrant health and holistic well-being. My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, with a focus on nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
With over 2 decades of experience and extensive training my expertise spans multiple disciplines, which provides immense value and a unique, comprehensive approach to healing and personal growth. My qualifications include:
Trauma Informed Somatic Educator (2024)
Licensed NLP Practitioner Coach (2024)
Paul McKenna Trained Hypnotherapist (2024)

For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of teaching Hatha yoga, and for the past decade, I've also been guiding students through the serene practice of Yin yoga. Yoga has been a significant part of my life and has shaped my journey in countless ways.
However, as I approach my 50s and navigate the changes of peri-menopause, I've had to listen to my body more closely. My joints and muscles have started to protest, and the intensity of regular teaching has become too much. Recognising the need for self-care and honoring my body's wisdom, I've made the decision to step back from offering group yoga classes.
While I now only teach two 1:1 classes each week, my dedication to health and wellness remains as strong as ever. Walking has become my main form of exercise, providing a gentle yet effective way to stay active. Meditation, too, continues to be a cornerstone of my daily routine, helping me maintain mental clarity and emotional balance.
So, although you won't find regular yoga classes on my new website, the principles of yoga still inform everything I do. From my Shamanic healing and Somatic experiencing practices to my Ecstatic Dance sessions, the mindfulness and body awareness cultivated through yoga are ever-present.
I'm excited to announce that I will soon be offering recorded Hatha and Yin Yoga classes from my extensive library of sessions. These classes, created with love and care during lockdown and online teaching sessions, are designed to bring the same quality and depth of practice to your home.
Thank you for understanding and supporting this evolution in my journey.
Hi Sarah, just about to fly back to work so wanted to drop you a quick message saying thank you so much for everything you did. I haven’t felt this way in so long. I know you have put a lot of time into training to help people and I really appreciate it. I haven’t felt anxious once since you treated me and I am always anxious!! Thank you and I’ll see you in March.

Without any doubt, Sarah has pure magic within her heart and her hands. For many years I have attended Sarah’s yoga classes and I can not recommend her highly enough. Sarah’s voice alone can render the most stressed person into deep relaxation and the knowledge she imparts during the classes make it fun and informative.
I have been totally exhilarated by my one to one sessions with Sarah. Her knowledge and ability to work on an individual basis is both inspiring and eye opening. I have complete confidence in her and have found the changes that she has suggested to my diet to have improved both my energy levels and my health. This has been confirmed by my latest visit to hospital. Thank you Sarah.
