Shaking: Gently shake out your arms and legs for 30 seconds to release tension and reset your body.
Butterfly Hug: Cross your arms over your chest and tap gently, alternating hands, to bring a sense of safety.
Orienting: Slowly scan your environment, noticing colours, textures, and objects to ground yourself in the present.
These small shifts help interrupt stress patterns to create a sense of safety and balance in your body—no matter what’s happening in your day.
